2. BSTI:
Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution as an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Industries, integrating the Central Testing Laboratory (CTL) and the Bangladesh Standards Institution (BDSI) through the Ordinance Ordinance (37 of 1985) issued by the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in 1985. (BSTI) was established. Later in 1995, the Department of Agricultural Marketing and Grading under the Ministry of Commerce was merged with BSTI.
