Future plan:

In order to expedite the socio-economic development of the people, expansion of business in order to adjust the development of Khulna region with other regions of the country.

Expansion of business will increase employment and the socioeconomic development of the people. To create an investment environment aimed at socio-economic development, the establishment of a 10-storey building for the construction of equivalent laboratory of BSTI head office, including establishment of international standard laboratory in the region, and the purchase of modern testing machines are underway. The job is moving fast Along with the construction of the building, modern equipment will be set up and upgraded to the international standard laboratory.

The arrangement for accreditation activities is being taken for international recognition of labs installed in BSTI, Khulna Office. To provide service to the service receivers more quickly, BSTI Khulna manpower is also being increased. Besides, the activities of BSTI offices in Jessore and Kushtia districts are being taken to provide easy service to the people.
